We had a lovely stay at the Black Pearl Estate. The villa is a beautifully unique space which lends itself well to the stunning views of the entire island. Bruno and Sylvie were friendly unintrusive hosts there to answer question and give us island tips when needed. St Lucia is a beautiful place. We had an amazing holiday .Bruno’s communication was superb throughout. He suggested a driver from the airport and this was good advice. We also took his advice about a car hire company and they dropped off and collected from the villa. When we arrived Bruno and his wife greeted us with Rum punch and home made fish cakes which was such a lovely touch. We loved the location and open nature of the villa and enjoyed the visiting birds and being surrounded by fruit trees with truly fantastic views.The poolIs wonderful. Cooking facilities and the gas BBQ are great. Day trips to the volcano/ mud baths/ toraille waterfall and botanic gardens/Milet bird sanctuary and pigeon island . Our favourite beach was at Smugglers Cove and the Naked fisherman restaurant there was superb. We had a great holiday in a wonderful villa that is good value for money run by friendly, very good hosts. Would Highly recommend the Black Pearl Estate and we would definitely return. My friends and I had a lovely time at the Black Pearl Villa. The house was beautiful and luxurious and absolutely worth the price. Bruno and Sylvia were very warm and welcoming, and made sure we had a good time. I want to come back here for years to come! One reminder to guests: wear Bugspray! Nous y avons passé deux semaines et nous étions un couple accompagné de deux amis. Nous avons adoré notre séjour. Il y avait tout le nécessaire pour bien commencer notre voyage en douceur.À notre arrivée comme à notre départ, nous avons fait affaire avec le chauffeur recommandé par Bruno (Egbert). Nous n’avons absolument pas regretté ce choix, puisqu’il a pu nous renseigner un peu sur le fonctionnement de l’île. Sans compter que nous sommes arrivés tard et que faire cette route sans la connaître n’aurait pas été la meilleure idée.Nous avons été chaleureusement accueillis par Bruno, qui nous attendait avec un punch au rhum et des acras (petits fish cakes de morue). La piscine a été utilisée dès la première soirée.Nous gardons de merveilleux souvenirs de ce séjour, et la vue depuis notre balcon y a grandement contribué. Lovely place in a great area of Rodney bay. It’s easy to get to the marina/beach of Rodney bay and the strip is about a 10 minute drive. Friendly and welcoming host that greeted us with delicious fish cakes and rum punch. I enjoyed the view and the pool was very nice. My husband, daughter and I stayed over new years at the Villa and Treehouse. We loved our stay at Black Pearl. Bruno and Sylvia were incredibly helpful and welcoming hosts, and it was great to have them so close when we needed anything. The space is open and breezy and the views from the hill were fantastic. The kitchen is well equipped and the water pressure and hot water were great. There are lots of separate spaces in the house so it would fit a large group well, but was great for a small group too. Everything was perfectly clean when we arrived. We appreciated the creative vibe of the decor. We saw the fireworks all over the island at midnight. We rented a car which was very helpful in getting around the island as you are not in a spot where you can walk to town. Rodney bay was a good spot with lots of restaurants and beaches. We would return and bring friends!
